MODERN PACKAGE

Pre Plan Stage:

1. In person consultation with client and vendors. (Video conferencing and e-mailing available for out of the area clients and vendors)
2. Planning and logistics of timeline, music, custom playlist and events 
3. On-site inspections of the venue and necessary area's.
4. Follow up coordination with client and vendors
5. Liability Insurance available for most venues

Day of Event:

4 hours minimum with additional hours available.

1 DJ / M.C. with over 20 years of experience playing non-stop with full mixing capability. Dj will handle basic introductions and announcements only.

Sound System: Main digital console, 1 wireless microphone and 1 wired micophone. 2 Speaker system – (2) Powered speakers with stands.

Dance Floor Light Show: (1) Gigbar move with chase and effects light on T-Bar stand

TRADITIONAL PACKAGE

MIDDLE SCHOOL BASIC SCHOOL PACKAGE

2-3 hour minimum with additional hours available.

MIDDLE SCHOOL BLACK LIGHT PARTY

2-3 hour minimum with additional hours available.

1 DJ / M.C. with over 20 years of experience to play a mixture of music and handle basic announcements and keep the crowd active.

2 Speaker system – (2) Powered speakers on tripod stands

Light Show: (2) Moving light beam, (2) truss pillars with (2) up lights, (4) 4ft premium black lights on stands. (All lights have a black light or U.V. effect)

*OPTION: Extra Add-on: (1-2) subwoofer speakers for larger capacity events.

MIDDLE SCHOOL VJ PACKAGE

2-3 hour minimum with additional hours available. 

1 DJ / M.C. with over 20 years of experience to play a mixture of music and handle basic announcements and keep the crowd active.

1 A/V Technician with assitant

Sound System: Main digital console with IPOD capability along with 1 wireless mic.
2 Speaker system – (2) Powered speakers on tripod stands

Light Show: (2) Moving light beam, (2) truss pillars with (2) up lights, (4) Par chase lights on a T-Bar stand.

Visual Show: (2) 50’ L.E.D. HDTV screens or (1) 8x8 projection screen and projector

HIGH SCHOOL BASIC PACKAGE

3 hour minimum with additional hours available.

1 DJ/Technician with over 20 years of experience to play a mixture of music and handle basic announcements and keep the crowd active.
